When will TFT Set 6.5 appear?

The mid-set for Team fight tactics Set Six will be released sometime in February and will feature new champions and traits in conjunction with existing ones.

No official date for TFT Set 6.5 has already been released, but it has been confirmed that the release will take place in February 2022. A mid-set version usually adds new champions and traits, while removing those that either exceed the equilibrium or do not play thematically with the mid-set.

Silco, from the Arcane Series on Netflix, will be one of the new champions who become the TFT Set the roster in February 6.5. The inclusion of Silco is also the first time that a non-League of Legends Champion joins the autobattler. At the time of writing, no further details about Silco, such as costs or features, were disclosed.

Dismissal of new champions in TFT during a mid-set update is not new. Akshan, for example, was introduced to the Autobattler with the release of Set 5.5. The set mechanic has also been changed from shadow items to glowing items. In Set 5.5, a total of 12 champions have been added while 13 have been removed.

Set six Gizmos and gadgets started with over 100 Hextech Augments as the main mechanic for the set. Based on the popularity of the new one TFT Mechanic, Hextech Augments for Set 6.5 is likely to last, but it’s not a guarantee.
