Valorant agent Neon teased after the leak from Prime Gaming

After an accidental leak from Prime Gaming’s next up-and-coming agent in Valorant, Riot’s game developers have released a curtain lifter for Neon, which is expected to be revealed as part of Episode 4 Act 1.

Fans often look for a slew of new content on the Prime Gaming page, but this time, to their surprise, they were blessed with the first look from Neon, the next brand new agent to be added in Valorant.

Codenamed “Sprinter”, she was teased during the opening ceremony of the VCT Champions Finals. The little clip showed us a silhouette of chains of numbers and letters, while a woman’s voice, probably that of neon, echoed in the background.

Although the leak was later withdrawn by Prime Gaming, it was enough for the community to cut out the content before it went viral on the internet. Given the mounting speculation, Riot decided to officially reveal their next agent, with the former keen to provide more details by next week.

The only thing we were able to decipher is that, as before, neon is from the Philippines blog entry von Valorant enclosed a note for the community that was greeted in the Filipino language “Mga kaibigan ko”, which means “My friends” in English and ends with the words “Maraming salamat!”. which means “Thank you very much!”

During Valorant Champions 2021, Neon actually used one of their lines of speech that said, “I hope they like being struck by lightning”. followed by a warning to “get ready” because she “can go extremely fast,” which may indicate her ultimate ability.

At the moment we’re completely clueless whether Neon would join the ranks as either a Duelist, Sentinel, or Controller. She is expected to arrive as part of Episode 4, Act 1, which ships on January 12th.
