VALORANT 2021 off-season squad changes tracker

The first year of VALORANT The Champions Tour is almost over and the teams are already making adjustments before the 2022 season. With VCT Champions rapidly approaching, many players look for a new home in updated roster and return fortified for the next year.

Here is a breakdown of all the major ones VALORANT Kader moves so far.

North America

100 thieves

November 12th: frost leaves

100 Thieves fired coach Hector “FrosT” Rosario after the team failed to qualify for the VCT Champion. Third place in the Last Chance Qualifier in October was not enough

Andbox

November 5th: Sign MamaAy

After an exhausting two-month trial period, Anthony “mummAy” DiPaolo came to Andbox together with Daniel “Vize” Kim, Aleksandar Hinojosa, Adam “mada” Pampuch and Chris “pl1xx” Li.

Dec. 1: Alexander leaves

Andbox split from Aleksandar Hinojosa just three months after taking over the player from Evil Geniuses in September. The team is now apparently undergoing a roster reorganization before next year.

November 12th: Ohai is leaving

Complexity Gaming parted ways with Riley “ohai” Nguyen, who will become a “restricted” free agent until January 2022 when his contract with the team expires.

FaZe clan

November 2nd: BabyJ separates from the FaZe clan

November 8th: Rawkus leaves the FaZe clan

The FaZe clan has split from Shane “Rawkus” Flaherty ahead of the coming season in what appears to be a realignment of the roster. After Rawkus investigated his options as a free agent, he signed with Sentinels as head coach.

Gen.G

Nov 4th: Publication of the temperature

Short-term loan from Nolan “Temperature” Pepper at Gen.G come to an end after the team failed to qualify for VCT Champions. The player will now likely return to Evil Geniuses.

Luminosity gaming

November 8: YaBoiDre enters free agency

Diondre “YaBoiDre” Bond received permission to search for offers as a limited freelance agent. “I wasn’t at the bank to clarify. This was a joint decision, “he said in a Statement on social media.

NRG

November 10th: Hazed joins

James “devastated” Cobb the move from TSM to NRG. The in-game leader and Tac shooter veteran will try to redeem himself again next year.

Kansas City pioneers

November 8th: Rawkus becomes the new head coach

30th of November: Rossy and Corey reportedly join in

TSM intends to do its VALORANT Squad through the engagement of Immortals player Daniel “Rossy” Abedrabbo and FaZe clan player Corey Nigra, according to a report by the VLR. Players will join a roster consisting of Subroza, WARDELL and LeviathanAG.

SuperMassive Blaze’s Melih “pAura” Karaduran announced that he is still under contract with SMB but is “looking for new options”. PAura previously played for Team Heretics before joining SMB in May 2021. The talented Turkish player is looking for a guard position but is flexible.

Team BDS

November 4: BDS adds Counterstrike Veteran Happy

Team BDS welcomed Vincent “Happy” Cervoni, a former Counterstrike Veteran who previously played for teams like LDLC, Vitality and Envy added to his squad. As the last piece of the puzzle in the French line-up, he will join rodeN, logaN, TakaS and AKUMAAAAA.

Korea

NUTURN

Nov 2: Separate the paths with allow and suggest

The Korean powerhouse NUTURN lost two more players, Park “allow” Sang-wook and Seo “Suggest” Jae-young. Both players were part of the original NUTURN roster.
