The entirety of Teyvat from Genshin Impact has been lovingly crafted newly created by a dedicated Minecraft player named Dawn Archi. The creator has received praise from all corners for completing this impressive work.
Dawn Archi has borrowed a few pieces from other creators, but everything else represents “the accumulation of my own work, one at a time, over the past year”. The player notes that “My crazy idea from a year ago seems to have finally become a reality”. Dawn Archi is “very grateful” for the borrowed pieces.
“The map contains the most iconic settings and buildings in Genshin Impact,” Dawn Archi points out. “I wonder how many of them you can spot!” The player notes that many of the structures “had over ten days of work behind them.”
“There is still some work that needs improvement,” says Dawn Archi. While the creator points out that you can “private message me for a single work’s map file,” Dawn Archi notes that “some map files are not shared publicly.” The player explains that “some buildings are independent works with different scales, which means that not all buildings are in the same file.” Dawn Archi doesn’t want the map to be used for “commercial activities or profit”.
The developer behind Genshin Impact, miHoYo, describes Teyvat as “a fantasy world where the seven elements flow and converge”. The company says that “In the distant past, the Archons bestowed unique elemental abilities on mortals. With the help of such powers, people fashioned a rich homeland from the wilderness.” Teyvat consists of Mondstadt, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine, Natlan, and Snezhnaya, among a multitude of other nations.
