After changing the official logo in 2020, the league will have a “brand new look” in 2022, so fans can expect some changes such as a modified layout during the games and another phase. It also revealed a new tagline: “Crazy is our game”.

The 2022 LPL season will welcome new organizations such as B. Everything’s Legends, formerly known as Rogue Warriors, and Weibo Gaming, which acquired Suning Gaming last month.

Fans had a chance to get a first look at the new 2022 roster by watching the Demacia Cup tournament a week ago.

The final was a rematch of the 2020 Demacia Cup quarter-finals, in which FunPlus Phoenix competed against Top Esports. While FPX won the first two games, TES swept them backwards and won the trophy for the second year in a row.

Most of the dominant teams in the 2021 LPL made it to the playoffs, with the exception of JD Gaming, which showed a disappointing performance by ending the group stage with a 0-4 result. But the real competition starts with the 2022 LPL Spring Split on January 10th.
