North American esports organization Team Liquid has announced the signing of the Brazilian Valorant squad that previously competed under the Gamelanders Purple banner.
The team, namely Ana Beatriz “naxy” Gomes, Paola “drn” Caroline, Paula “bstrdd” Nagiul, Natália “daiki” Vilela and Natália “nat1” Meneses, will wear liquid colors for the upcoming VCT challengers 2022 and play under the Name of Team Liquid Brazil.
After dominating the Brazilian circuit and winning 16 trophies in 2021, the squad certainly has a lot of potential, and with a dynamic coach like André “palestra” Gomes at the wheel, we could look back on an equally successful year 2022, if not a better one .

“We are very excited to have Team Liquid BR as Liquid Entertainment’s newest debut unit. They have worked incredibly hard to hone their skills and are ready to show the world what they are capable of, ”said Steve Anarchet.
Liquid saw mixed successes with their male Valorant roster and with such a move they want to be more relevant than ever in the Valorant scene. The roster arrives right before the 2022 season, which has many more challenges to deal with, especially after LAN events are announced, although the spike in COVID cases can be a major setback.
The Brazilian squad won 13 tournaments including Protocolo: Evolução, Protocolo: Gêneses and Copa Rakin Season 2.
With an organization like Liquid behind it, there will be an upward trend in the squad for great things.
