If you are a fan of first person shooters, VALORANT should be right on your street. Somewhere inbetween Counterstrike and Overwatch, and developed by Riot, it promises to be one of the greatest games of modern times.
But like any game, it takes a while to get used to, including getting used to each of the 15 characters, getting to know the maps, and most importantly, getting to know the weapons (it’s an FPS, after all).
If you are interested in getting started VALORANT and swinging out of the gates, the answer is to transform your sensitivity from your favorite shooter.
It can take years to find the perfect sensitivity, but once you find it it’s almost impossible to let go. This is where converting comes in. Instead of finding a new sensitivity and fiddling with your settings for hours, you can just cover it up Counterstrike, Overwatch, Apex legends, or Rainbow Six.
Here is the conversion rate for each of the four games.
VALORANT Sensitivity conversions
- CS: GO Sensitivity divided by 3.3735
- Overwatch Sensitivity divided by 10.6
- Apex legends sensitivity divided by 3.18181818
- Rainbow Six Sensitivity multiplied by 1.2
