Unlike previous Halo games, the new Halo Infinite game has a “Battle Pass” system similar to that used in popular battle royales such as Fortnite.
The series will end with Season 1 in May 2022.
The first is Fracture: Tenrai, which comes with a limited-time event pass, playlist, and samurai-themed prizes starting next Monday.
343 Industries, the game’s developer, originally stated that the seasons would last around three months. With the rest of the game releasing on December 8th, fans may have expected the first season of Infinite to end in March.
The introduction of this new content pack will be the arrival of three brand new locations as well as a brand new story tracing the adventures of a male protagonist caught in a web of intrigue and deceit.
