Google is preparing an app with which PCs can run Android mobile games.

  1. Google is working on an application that will allow Windows 10 and 11 to run Android games that are available on Google Play.
  2. The games will run on our PCs, it will not be a streaming-based solution;
  3. The app will be released next year.

Google announced that it is working to allow PC gamers to play Android games. The tool runs on Windows 10 and 11.

Next year, PC users will have an app called. download Google play gameswith which you can run games from Android. It is important that they run on our PC and not via streaming. In other words, the project will simply be an official emulator.

Google develops this app itself, without the help of other companies such as Microsoft or BlueStacks. We do not currently know when the tool will be launched.

It is worth noting that this will not be the first solution that will allow us to play games from Android on PCs. Tencent has its own official app called GameLoop (formerly known as Gaming buddy), which not only perfectly emulates the publisher’s games on the PC, but even allows us to create titles like PUBG Mobile, League of Legends: Wild Rift or Call of Duty: Mobile with mouse and keyboard.

Microsoft is developing similar initiatives. Microsoft was testing various solutions for running Android apps on PCs and has also partnered with Amazon to provide Windows 11 users with an app that they can use to install programs from the Amazon Appstore.

And BlueStack, a pioneer in this segment (it has been developing the App Player for years), recently launched it BlueStacks X, a streaming service that allows us to run Android apps in our browser.

However, we expect Google’s official tool to offer a higher level of compatibility than competing solutions, so we look forward to its release.
