after a Report from 1pv.fr, G2 Esports had extensive discussions with Team Vitality regarding the transfer of their Counter Strike head coach. Rémy “XTQZZZ” alongside Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov from Natus Vincere, while apparently they have also hired a new in-game leader to top the next iteration of the list.

They reportedly started negotiations with OG CS: GO in early December in which Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen will move to his new home at G2 Esports.

The post-major gimmicks seem to have already started in the face of Vitality and Astralis, who have entered negotiations to reshuffle their roster following their exit from the recently concluded PGL Major Stockholm.

As already reported by TalkEsport, the trio of Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen, Emil “Magisk” Reif and Danny “zonic” Sørensen will complete the ranks of Vitality for the upcoming 2022 professional circuit and will probably replace Richard “Shox” Papillon, Jayson “Kyojin” Nguyen Van and head coach Rémy “XTQZZZ” Quoniam in the active CSGO division of the French team.

After separating from Damien “maLeK” Marcel In mid-November, we could soon see some changes to the G2 Esports team to be overhauled with a new sniper and an in-game leader, followed by the latest report suggesting that XTQZZZ take the lead as head coach for 2022.

Most notable among the rumors is that m0NESY was brought on board by Natus Vincere as part of their academy list in January 2020 when she was the youngest person on the list at the time.

Since then, the former has taken everyone by storm and has proven to be a true contender for future opportunities. Na’Vi recently decided to take up offers for the 16 year old sniper and has already caught the interest of G2 Esports.

Additionally, Aleksib of OG Counter Strike was also approached by G2 Esports for their IGL commercial and as reported, the Dota 2 giants will not give up their leader easily. Under Aleksib, OG has secured a large number of top placings, but has never won a championship.

When the above reports see the light of day, G2 Esports has:

Nemanja “huNter-” “Kovač

Nikola “NiKo” Kovac

Audric “JaCkz” mug

Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov

Aleksi “Aleksib” Estonian

Rémy “XTQZZZ” (Head coach)
