Excel Esports announces 2022 Valorant roster with two UK players

UK esports organization Excel Esports has announced its new Valorant squad, which will play their first game of 2022 against Ignisoul Gaming from 5:00 p.m. GMT today.

Excel has brought new players on board including ozzy (UK), chiwawa (Russia), elllement (Serbia) and paTiTek (Poland) to join the existing UK player Moe40.

This news was first reported by George Geddes for Upcomer two weeks ago and has now been confirmed by Excel.

Excel Esports Valorant’s full list for 2022 is:

  • Oscar ‘ozzy’ ​​Scott
  • Egor ‘violence’ Stepanyuk
  • Dragan ‘Element’ Milanovic
  • Patryk ‘paTiTek’ Fabrowski
  • Trainer: Jimmy ‘Jumpy’ Berndtsson
  • Assistant Trainer: Sam ‘Fields’ Greenfield
  • Team manager: Kevin ‘Noizeeh’ Jaskiewicz

Elllement comes to Excel from OG and NoPoaching, where he celebrated successes in the amateur valorant circuit, including victories at Epic.LAN 33 and the Rix.GG Valorant Open in May 2021.

With a wealth of international experience playing for ninjas in pajamas and entropiq, chiwawa has exceled with competitive performances at VCT Europe and Red Bull Home Ground 1 & 2.

PaTiTek is best known for his time at G2 Esports where he was part of a team that won the x7 Ignition Series.

Then ozzy is a young British talent looking to make a name for himself on the scene after coming from No Poaching where he was the in-game leader. Ozzy was also signed by G2 Esports as a deputy during the second leg of the Valorant Champions Tour, where he used his IGL skills.

With ozzy joining, it means that Excel has two players on their Valorant team, the other being Moe40 who joined Excel in June 2021.

Fields (Sweden), Noizeeh (Sweden) and Fields (UK) will all remain with Excel as trainers and support staff until 2022.

“With a year of competition experience in their luggage, they will try to implement the lessons learned from 2021 to make this a year of competition victories,” Excel said in a press release.

Excel starts its Valorant season 2022 today with Stage 1 of VCT Europe.
