CSGO Roster Changes: Traps, “THE PROFESSOR” is now a Free Agent due to Team Liquid releasing him.

Fallen is one of the old gods of Counter-Strike who pioneered AWPing. Gabriel “Fallen” Toledo has now been released from Team Liquid’s CSGO roster.

Fallen is from Brazil, home of SK Gaming. Brazil is also home to one of the greatest CSGO players of all time, ColdZera.

Since the SK Gaming era, Fallen gained some notoriety in the early days of CSGO. But his exploits don’t end there.

Fallen is a player who started his CS career in Source days. The two-time major winner is now being released from custody TeamLiquid as IGL.

Gabriel “Fallen” Toledo has been playing Counter-Strike since 2005. He has been a renowned AWP player and IGL since the days of 1.6. With two CSGO majors under their belt, NA felt Fallen could be their salvation.

Fallen was published by Team Liquid CSGO. He stayed 11 months.

His major wins in CSGO came along SK gaming and Luminosity gaming. Except, not a major for NA for quite some time. The promised era of NA CSGO dominance never came.

Fluid needed results that were missing. Liquid is also trying to right its wrongs with the return of Nicholas “Nitr0” Cannella to CSGO.

The adding of Shox and OSee, along with the departure of Stewie2k and now Fallen, created a unique circumstance.

Now the professor has an uncertain future.

The NaVi and S1mple era accelerated team shuffles.

There are many factors that affect this. But as we mentioned a few times before, NaVi winning every LAN they visited in 2021 created an unprecedented situation in the CSGO market.

Almost every team from every region goes through roster changes. Apart from the fact that the squad finals are still pending.

Also, the announcement of the BLAST Premier Spring Groups certainly sped up the process. EG have also announced their squad for 2022. As we all know, it’s the NA dream team.

More and more teams are looking for proven pros and prodigies. The Young Guns are signed in large teams. M0NESY, B1t and Zywoo form core members of their respective teams.

The NA Esports scene has long been self-contained. Currently, the same trend is returning to the NA Circuit. However, a solid Major winner list has yet to be established.

Additionally, esports pros believe the NA esports scene is dying. Most professionals therefore stay away from North American organizations.

North America needs to stop with unnecessary hype. It’s finally time to let the results speak for themselves. A lot can happen with consistency.

In addition, professional players constantly change their career paths. It significantly impacts focus as you move from one esports title to the next.
