After the recent start of the so-called Update # 2 DICE releases another update for Battlefield 2042 Morning. The size on each platform hasn’t been announced yet, but we do have one full list of changes. We also know when exactly the patch will come BF2042. Update # 3 will be available on all platforms on December 2nd at 7:00 p.m. CET. The developers do not expect to shut down servers before the update starts.
More for you:
In terms of new features, we can expect the introduction of weekly missions in Battlefield 2042. Every seven days three new tasks appear, for which we are rewarded with experience points. If we complete them all before the new missions appear, we will receive a unique cosmetic item.
However, the most important part of the new update is not such innovations, but rather the elimination of errors. It includes 150+ fixes for the cards themselves related to detecting collisions between objects, player appearance, etc. Update # 3 also fixes various glitches in the operation of weapons (including decreased effectiveness of the NWT-50 sniper rifle against vehicles), specialists (including occasional poor animation quality when viewed from a distance), audiovisual media, etc.
In addition to eliminating bugs, the developers have made improvements to increase the comfort of the game (QoL – Quality of Life). The in-game user interface has been modified to avoid undue clutter and illegibility of the screen. The path has also been improved BF2042 informs players about events or available options. This applies, for example, to the collectibles menu: the developers promise that from tomorrow it will be necessary to adapt devices with significantly fewer clicks than today.
Update # 3 also brings improvements for Battlefield Portal. If you like to create your own game modes, you will receive a simplified server settings menu and new templates. In addition, the game will feature a new “official mode”, Vehicle Team Deathmatch, which, as the name suggests, adds team-based battles with (only?) Vehicles.
As you can see, there has been no shortage of changes and improvements, suggesting at least a partial fix Battlefield 2042. We will of course only be able to recognize the importance of these improvements after the release of Update # 3.
